Good Evening Buccaneer Band Parents,
We have been given an excellent opportunity to have a booth during the school’s Open House on next Tuesday September 11, 2012. We will be selling baked goods and Buccaneer Band T-Shirts and all the proceeds will go to the Booster Club Fundraising, which in turn will offset all the expenses coming up with competitions and trips.
So I am asking for your help once more! We will need an assortment of baked goods, cookies, brownies, cupcakes maybe doughnuts and cakes, If you are planning to attend the Open House (the band will be performing for the parents and school visitors), please bring the items then. If not you can drop it off at the band room in the morning.
If you can, please E-mail me and let me know what you are bringing, So that I can have an accurate account of what we will be offering and Hopefully make a lot of money!!!
